To display your approximate presence on the world map (if location enabled)
To improve app functionality and user experience
4. Anonymous Check-ins
You may choose to check in anonymously. These entries are only linked to city and state.

Aggregated, anonymous data may be shared for trends or statistics
No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties

Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the app
You may request deletion of all your data at any time

Flock is not directed at children under 13
Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account
No direct communication with minors is possible
Users must not post personal contact information
If we learn that a child under 13 has provided data, we will delete it promptly

Updates will be posted in the app. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
